Q:       Explain the differences between the tickets you offer.
A:       VIP Movie Tickets have restrictions; whereas, Premiere Movie Tickets, Ultimate Tickets do not.  For certain new release films, special engagements and “No Pass” movies, VIP Movie Tickets are not valid until after the first 12 days from the opening of the restricted movie. Premiere Movie Tickets and Ultimate Tickets are unrestricted.  For VIP, Premiere & Ultimate Tickets, surcharge fees apply to all IMAX, RPX, Large Format, or 3-D Films and Manhattan, NY locations. **Location surcharge fees may also be applied at select theatres. Regal Entertainment Group reserves the right to change any upgrade or surcharge fee without notice.

Q:       Do Gift Cards or eGift Cards have any restrictions?
A:       No. Your Gift Card or eGift Card are honored just like cash at the box office or concessions, no restrictions. They are welcome to be redeemed for advance ticket purchases, at the Theatre Box Office - not online.

Q:       Is there a minimum amount of tickets I need to order?
A:       For Premiere and VIP Movie Tickets, the minimum quantity required is 50. For individual Ultimate Movie Packs, Gift Cards and eGift Cards, there is no minimum order.
 
Q:       What if I’m an individual and I want 50 tickets or more?
A:       You are entitled to the volume purchase discount, so click here to view our discount movie tickets. 

Q:       Do you have a ticket package for admissions and concessions?
A:       We have the Ultimate Movie Pack which includes two “unrestricted” Ultimate Tickets and one $10 Concessions Gift Card

Q:       Do you have electronic gift cards (eGift Cards)?
A:       Yes. We have eGift Cards available on our website that can be delivered same day to the recipient via email. There is no shipping and handling on eGift Cards and you may also upload your own photo to personalize the card as well as the message. Q:       How long will it take to receive my order?
A:       We process orders daily (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) until 1pm Eastern Time. If Next Day or 2nd Day shipping and handling is chosen your order will ship same day. If Ground is chosen, please allow 4-6 business days for in-transit time. UPS delivery days are Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. 
 
Q:       If I request a personalized message printed on my VIP or Premiere Super Saver tickets, will that slow down the delivery time?
A:       No. Personalizing your VIP or Premiere Movie Tickets order can be handled within the usual time frame.
 
Q:       Can Gift Cards or Ultimate Movie Packs be personalized?
A:       We can personalize the gift card and Ultimate carrier with a maximum 220 characters including spaces. Personalization will print as one continuous line. Text will wrap to next line if necessary, no hard returns available to center message. Your company logo and personalized message can be added to the gift card and Ultimate carrier for a nominal fee. Q:      When do the Tickets or Gift Cards expire?
A:       Premiere, VIP and Ultimate tickets carry no expiration date. Gift Cards and eGift Cards have no expiration date and no hidden fees.

Q:       What are the Shipping and Handling costs?
A:       Ground ($8.00) – (4-6 business days) Not Offered to Alaska or Hawaii.
          2nd Day Air ($15.00) - (2 business days)
          Next Day Air ($20.00) – (next business day)
          UPS delivers Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is not available in all zip codes. Call for Saturday delivery quote, if required.

          US Mail Option ($2.50) - (available for 5 or less Gift Cards or Ultimate Movie Packs). US Mail is NOT traceable and delivery is Monday-Saturday. Please allow 12 delivery days before reporting your shipment “lost”.

 
Q:       Can I pick up tickets and gift cards at a local theatre?
A:       Orders are not available for pick-up at the local theatre. However, individual Gift Cards in denominations of $10, increasing by increments of $5 and up to $100 are available for purchase at your local theatre box office to avoid shipping and handling fees.

Q:       Where can I find showtimes or view regular box office pricing?

Q:       Are tickets good for evening and weekend shows?
A:       Yes, VIP, Premiere and Ultimate Tickets are valid for any day of the week, any show time. Q:       Can I use my VIP ticket during the first 12-day restriction?
A:       Yes, you may pay a $1.50 upgrade fee at the box office, with your VIP ticket, to gain admission during the restricted time.

Q.       What is a Location Surcharge Fee?
A:       A location surcharge fee is a fee collected at premium priced theatres in certain markets.

Q.       How can I tell if a movie is restricted prior to the release date?
A.       That information is announced every Wednesday, when movie show times are updated weekly. This information appears on REGmovies.com and local papers, listed next to movie times. NO PASSES (NP) means that the movie is restricted. Your VIP tickets will not be redeemable at box offices for the NO PASS movies, unless you pay the $1.50 surcharge.

Q:       Can I pay by check and mail in my order?
A:       Yes. You can download a Printable Order Form here and mail it with your check to the address listed on the form.

Q:       Can I fax in an order?
A:       We no longer accept orders via fax however you can place your order securely online. If you need assistance please call 800-784-8477 or e-mail us at corporateboxoffice@regalcinemas.com.

Q:       What if I have old tickets that have expired?
A:       Please contact our Customer Relations Department; toll free, at 877-835-5734.  Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, Eastern Time, excluding holidays. 

Q:       What payment methods does Regal Entertainment Group accept?
A:       We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover for online orders, and checks. Checks should be made payable to: Regal CineMedia Corporation.

Q:       Can VIP, Premiere and Ultimate Movie Tickets be redeemed online?
A:       No.  Premiere, VIP and Ultimate Tickets are welcome to be redeemed for advance ticket purchases, at the Theatre Box Office - not online.

Q:       Can Gift Cards and eCards be redeemed online?
A:       No.  Your Gift Card or eCard are welcome to be redeemed for advance ticket purchases, at the Theatre Box Office - not online.
 
Q:       Can I return my unused tickets for a refund?
A:       Our products are non-refundable, non-returnable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
 
Q:       Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A:       We do not accept purchase orders nor do we invoice. For special circumstances call 800-784-8477.

Q:       Do you have gift envelopes for your Super Saver tickets?
A:       Yes, FREE gift envelopes for discount tickets are available upon request. Envelopes will ship separate from your tickets, at no additional charge. They are available in bundles of 50's. If you order via mail or fax, please make your envelope request on a cover sheet or order form when submitting your order. Q:       Do you have gift envelopes for your Ultimate Movie Packs?
A:       No, the new design of the Ultimate Movie Pack comes in the style of a fold-over greeting card with the 2 Ultimate tickets and Concessions Gift Card attached. No envelope is needed. 

Q:       Can I get credits on my Regal Crown Club membership for discount tickets?
A:       Not for the purchase. Regal Crown Club members will receive points when you REDEEM discount tickets at the box office and present your Regal Crown Club card. For more information visit Regal Crown Club at REGmovies.com.
 
Q:       How do I request a donation of ticket packages or gift cards?
A:       As a company and through the Regal Foundation, we have proudly established successful relationships with numerous organizations that benefit from our National Pass Program. Our commitment remains to support charities based in the communities our theatres serve through national projects which benefit multiple groups across the country.
We consider this to be the most productive way to allocate movie passes throughout the communities in which we are located. Accordingly, we do not accept requests for pass donations.
