Q:       When do the Discount Movie Tickets expire?.
A:       Premiere, VIP and Ultimate movie tickets carry NO Expiration date.

Q:       Explain the differences between the tickets you offer.
A:       Premiere Movie Tickets and Ultimate Movie Tickets are valid for all films and showtimes. *†

Q:       Do you have a ticket package for admissions that includes concessions?
A:       We have the Ultimate Movie Pack which includes two Ultimate Movie Tickets and one $10 Concession only gift card. ‡

       ‡ Concession only gift cards can only be redeemed for concession purchases.

Q:       Can I use my VIP Movie Ticket during the first 12 day restricted period?
A:       YES. VIP Movie Tickets are not valid for the first 12 days of “selected” new release films. However, an Upgrade Fee (currently $1.50) may be paid at the box office for admission to these studio-selected films. *†

Q:       Are tickets valid for evening and weekend showtimes?
A:       YES. Premiere, VIP and Ultimate Movie Tickets are valid for any day of the week and any showtime. *† Your potential for the greatest savings is realized when they are redeemed for an evening showtime.

Q.       How can I tell if a film will be “selected” for release with restrictions?
A.       Showtimes are updated weekly and announced every Wednesday morning. This information appears on REGmovies.com and in local papers. NO PASSES (NP) means that the movie is studio-selected for release with restrictions for the first 12 days.

Q:       Is there a minimum amount of Premiere Movie Tickets I need to order?

Q:       Do I need to be with a company to purchase your products?
A:       No. Any individual is entitled to purchase at the volume discount. Click here to view our discount movie tickets.

Q:       Can Premiere, VIP and Ultimate Movie Tickets be redeemed online?
A:       No. Premiere, VIP and Ultimate Movie Tickets are redeemable at any Regal Entertainment Group location (Regal Cinemas, Edwards Theatres or United Artists Theatres), excluding Cayman Island locations.

Gift Cards and eGift Cards (eCards)

Q:       How do I check the balance on my Regal Entertainment Group Gift Card?
A:       You may check your gift card balance at CorporateBoxOffice.com or call 1-800-291-8173.

Q:       Can Gift Cards and eCards be redeemed online at REGmovies.com?
A:       YES. As of June, 2014, Gift Cards or eCards (issued with a PIN number) are welcome to be redeemed for regular price ticket purchases online at REGmovies.com.

Q:       What are the denominations of your Gift Cards?
A:       Regal Entertainment gift cards are sold in denominations of $10 up to $100. Additional dollar amounts can be requested by calling Corporate Box Office at 1-800-784-8477.

Q:       Do you have electronic gift cards (eCards)?
A:       Yes. Regal eCards are powered by CashStar and are available on our website. The eCard can be delivered same day, or scheduled for delivery on a future date - your choice. There are no handling or hidden fees on eCards. You may pick a provided card design or you may upload your own photo to personalize the eCard along with your message. Click Here to Buy eCard

Q:       When do the Gift and eGift Cards expire?
A:       Gift and eGift Cards carry NO Expiration date or dormancy fees.

Q:       What are the denominations of your eCards?
A:       Regal eCards are sold in denominations of $10 up to $100.

Q:       Do Gift or eGift Cards have any restrictions?
A:       No. They are redeemable at any Regal Entertainment Group box office location nationwide (Regal Cinemas, Edwards Theatres or United Artists Theatres) excluding Cayman Island locations. They are unrestricted and are honored just like cash at the theatre box office or concession stand. ‡

       ‡ Concession Gift Cards can only be redeemed for concession purchases.

Gift Envelopes

Q:      Do you have gift envelopes available for your Premiere Movie Tickets?
A:       Yes, FREE gift envelopes for discount tickets are available upon request. Envelopes will ship separate from your tickets, at no additional charge. They are available in bundles of 50's. If you order online please use the following link to email your envelope request to corporateboxoffice@regalcinemas.com. If you send your order with check, you may make your envelope request along with your order form.

Q:       Do you have gift envelopes for your Ultimate Movie Packs?
A:       No. The new design of the Ultimate Movie Pack comes in the style of a fold-over greeting card with the 2 Ultimate tickets and Concessions Gift Card attached. No envelope is needed.

Purchasing

Q:       What payment methods does Regal Entertainment Group accept online?
A:       We accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover for online orders at CorporateBoxOffice.com. (Orders by Company check? Please see next question)

Q:       Can I pay by check and mail in my order?
A:       YES. Company checks should be made payable to: Regal CineMedia Corp. Please make sure the Corporate Box Office order form is included with the check to avoid any delay in processing. You can download a Printable Order Form here and mail it with your check to the Denver, CO address listed on the form.

Q:       Can I fax in an order?
A:       No. We no longer accept orders via fax; however, you can place your order securely online at corporateboxoffice.com. If you need assistance please call 800-784-8477 or email us at corporateboxoffice@regalcinemas.com.

Q:      Do you accept Purchase Orders?
A:       No. We do not accept Purchase Orders as payment. If your company requires an Invoice to have a check cut for your Purchase Order, please email your completed CBO order form requesting a manual Invoice to corporateboxoffice@regalcinemas.com. Shipping

Q:       How long will it take to receive my order?
A:       UPS delivers Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays.
          We process orders daily (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) until 12pm Central Time for same day shipping. If Next Day or 2nd Day shipping is chosen, your order will ship the same business day. If Ground shipping is chosen, your order will ship the following business day.

Q:       Can I pick up Premiere and Ultimate Packs at a local Regal Entertainment Group theatre?
A:       No. Orders for Premieres and Ultimate Movie Packs are bar coded and shipped on demand. Shipping and Handling charges apply (see next question for pricing).

Q:       What are the Shipping and Handling costs?
A:       UPS delivers Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays.
          Ground ($8.00) – (4-6 business days) Not Offered to Alaska or Hawaii.
          2nd Day Air ($15.00) - (2 business days)
          Next Day Air ($20.00) – (next business day)
          UPS delivers Monday-Friday only, excluding holidays. Saturday delivery is not available in all zip codes. Call for Saturday delivery quote, if required.
          US Mail Option ($2.50) - (available for 5 or less Gift Cards or Ultimate Movie Packs). US Mail is NOT traceable and delivery is Monday-Saturday. Please allow 12 delivery days before reporting your shipment “lost”.

Personalized Messaging – Premiere Tickets, Ultimate Movie Pack and Gift Card Carriers

Q.       Can Premiere Movie Tickets be personalized?
A.       YES. A maximum 35 character message, including spaces, will print on the back of each ticket. Choose Mixed Case, or ALL CAPS. One personalized message per ticket type, per order.

Q:       Can Ultimate Movie Pack and Gift Card Carriers be personalized?
A:       YES. The carrier the Ultimate Movie Pack and Gift Cards come attached to can be personalized, but not the plastic gift card. A maximum 220 character message, including spaces, will print on the top flap of the carrier as one continuous line. Text will wrap to next line if necessary no hard returns available to center message. (Interested in printing your company logo? Please see next question for details).

Q:       Can I personalize Products with my company logo or just the carrier?
A:       Your company logo and personalized message can be printed on the top flap of the carrier the Ultimate Movie Pack and gift cards come attached to, for a one-time set up fee. Set up artwork and extra time for proofing are required for your first order. Please contact Corporate Box Office at 1-800-784-8477 for details.

Q:       If I request a standard personalized message printed on my Premiere tickets, Ultimate Movie Pack or Gift Card Carrier, will that slow down the processing or shipping of my order?
A:       No. The messaging is printed at the same time as bar codes so your order will be handled within the usual time frame.

Refunds and Exchanges

Q:       What if I have old tickets that have expired?
A:       Please contact our Customer Relations Department toll free, at 1-877-835-5734 or eMail: customerservice@regalcinemas.com. Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm, Eastern Time, excluding holidays.

Q:       Can I return my unused tickets for a refund?
A:       No. Since 2003, our products carry NO Expiration date. Premiere, VIP and Ultimate tickets are non-refundable. No REG Theatres in your area? Please call 1-800-784-8477.

Regal Crown Club

Q:       Can I get credits on my Regal Crown Club membership for discount tickets?
A:       Not for the purchase. Regal Crown Club members will receive points when you REDEEM Premiere movie tickets, Ultimate Movie Pack tickets, Gift Cards or eCards at the box office, when presenting your Regal Crown Club card. Donation Request

Q:       How do I request a donation of ticket packages or gift cards?
A:       Our company established the Regal Foundation in 2003 as a non-profit charitable organization to coordinate support for numerous national and local philanthropic groups. The Regal Foundation supports the communities in which Regal operates by partnering with selected charities.

        Across the United States, Regal Entertainment Group gives back to the communities that our theatres serve. We concentrate our support with selected organizations in order to make the greatest impact. Regal Entertainment Group and The Regal Foundation are extremely proud of the successful relationships we have built with our charitable partners.

        The Regal Foundation has committed our budget and resources with existing partners. As a result, we are not approving any new grant requests and additional requests for movie passes are declined.
