Terms & Conditions

The Following Terms and Conditions Apply to all Movie Tickets, Gift Cards and eGift Cards

MOVIE TICKETS (VIP, Premiere and Ultimate Movie Pack)

  • Tickets do not expire.
  • Tickets are valid for any show time, any day of the week.
  • Tickets are not valid to Private screenings or special events, such as marathons, double features, fan screenings, MET Opera, Fathom Events, some foreign language films, sporting events, and concerts.
  • Tickets can only be redeemed at the theatre, kiosk, via the Regal mobile App, or on Regal’s website. They cannot be redeemed at Fandango.com or other third-party websites.
  • Tickets will not be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-refundable.
  • Tickets are not for promotional purposes or for resale to members/employees unless approved by a Regal CineMedia representative.
  • Tickets carry no cash value. No substitutions or exchanges are permitted.
  • Regal reserves the right to discontinue this program and agreement at any time.
  • Purchaser/ticket holder agrees to all terms and conditions.
  • View participating Regal theatre locations.
  • VIP Movie Tickets (discontinued 2018, but still accepted) are not valid for the first 12 days of selected new release films; however, an upgrade fee may be paid for admission to these studio restricted films.
  • Special engagement tickets may be created for various titles. Terms applicable to such special engagement tickets will be specified on the ticket and may differ from the terms set forth above.

Potential Surcharges (paid upon redemption)

  • A Premium Format surcharge will apply to all IMAX®, RPX®, PLF, 3D, ScreenX® and 4DX® redemptions. Fees vary by format and location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
  • A Recliner surcharge will apply when tickets are redeemed for shows with recliner seating – at locations where standard seating is an option. Fee varies by location – Check with your local theatre for specific rate information.
  • A High-Market surcharge will be applied to all low-market ($9) tickets redeemed in California, New Jersey, & New York. Amount may vary. Other surcharges may still apply.
  • A Luxury (location-specific) surcharge will be applied to all tickets redeemed at Kapolei Commons 12 (Kapolei, HI) & Summerlin Luxury 5 (Las Vegas, NV) Fee varies by location/title. Check with your local theatre for specific rate information. (List subject to change at any time – without notice)

Regal reserves the right to change or add surcharges at any time - without notice.

GIFT CARDS & e-GIFT CARDS

Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards are redeemable at any participating Regal location nationwide and honored just like cash for tickets and concessions.

  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash except at Regal theatres where required by law.
  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards carry no expiration date or dormancy fees.
  • Value of Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards cannot be applied toward the purchase of any Premiere Movie Tickets, Ultimate Movie Packs, or other gift cards.
  • Not valid for Special Events, Private Screenings, or Group Sales ticket purchases.
  • Concessions Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards are valid for concession purchases only.
  • Protect Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards as cash. If Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, proof of purchase and proper identification will be required to obtain a replacement card. The replacement value will be the value of the card at the time the card is reported as lost or stolen. A small processing fee will be applied to replace gift or eGift cards.
  • The purchaser shall not use the name Regal Entertainment Group, Regal Cinemas, Regal, United Artists Theatres, Edwards Theatres, or their logos without prior written permission.
  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
  • From time to time, Regal or its affiliates may offer special promotional Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards as a bonus or reward. Terms applicable to such promotional Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards will be specified on the cards and may differ from the terms set forth above.
  • The purchaser and or Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards holder agrees to all terms and conditions.

CONCESSION VOUCHERS

By purchasing or using any Regal® Concession Voucher (a “voucher”) provided by Regal Entertainment Group or any of its affiliates (“Regal”), you hereby accept and agree to the following terms and conditions:

Small Popcorn Voucher:

This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small popcorn (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if larger size item is requested. Not valid with any other offer.

Small Drink Voucher:

This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small soft drink or one (1) small bottle of water (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if larger size item or if frozen beverage is requested. Not valid for any alcoholic beverage or with any other offer.

Candy Voucher:

This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) small, regular, medium or large size candy item (subject to availability). This voucher may not be redeemed for any extra-large size candy item. Not valid with any other offer.

Snack Pack Voucher:

This voucher is redeemable only at participating Regal theatre location concession stands for one (1) Snack Pack (subject to availability). “Snack Pack” means a snack-size portion of popcorn, a junior-size soft drink and a snack-size bag of Welch’s Fruit Snacks (subject to availability). Applicable product fees apply if item substitution or frozen beverage is requested. Not valid for with a larger size beverage. Not valid with any other offer.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

Vouchers may not be redeemed for any Regal gift card or e-gift card. Vouchers carry no cash value, are not redeemable for cash (unless required by law) and do not expire. All vouchers must be redeemed at a participating Regal theatre location concession stand and are not valid in the Regal mobile app or REGmovies.com. Regal does not charge any activation, service, dormancy or inactivity fees in connection with this voucher. Resale is prohibited. All vouchers are non-transferable and subject to verification by Regal. Vouchers will not be replaced if damaged, lost or stolen unless required by law . Regal is not responsible for any unauthorized use of any voucher. Regal makes no warranties, express or implied, with respect to any voucher, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. If any voucher is non-functional, your sole remedy and Regal’s sole liability shall be the replacement of such voucher. All disputes will be governed by New York state law. Venue will be in state and federal courts in Tennessee. Gift Cards (physical & eGift)

  • Gift cards & e-gift Cards are redeemable at Regal locations nationwide and honored just like cash for tickets and concessions.
  • Gift cards & e-gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
  • Gift cards & e-Gift Cards carry no expiration date or dormancy fees.
  • Gift cards & e-Gift Cards may be added to the Regal app after purchase. However, funds will remain active on the physical gift card until redeemed.
  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Card value cannot be applied toward the purchase of any Premiere Movie Tickets/eTickets, Concession Vouchers, Ultimate Movie Packs, or other gift cards.
  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Card value cannot be applied toward tickets related to Private Screenings, Group Sales, Business Events, and select special events.
  • Concession Gift Cards/e-Gift Cards are valid for concession purchases only.
  • Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards cannot be reloaded.
  • From time to time, Regal or its affiliates may offer special promotional bonus cards, as a reward. Terms applicable to such promotional cards will be specified on the cards and may differ from the terms set forth above.
  • Protect Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards as cash. If Gift Cards or e-Gift Cards are lost, stolen, damaged, or destroyed, proof of purchase and proper identification will be required to obtain a replacement card. The replacement value will be the value of the card at the time the card is reported as lost or stolen. A small processing fee will be applied to replace physical and/or eGift cards.
  • The purchaser shall not use the name Regal Entertainment Group, Regal Cinemas, Regal®, United Artists Theatres, Edwards Theatres, or their logos - without prior written permission.
  • The purchaser/cardholder agrees to all terms and conditions.

Concessions Vouchers (physical & print at home)

  • Concessions vouchers do not expire.
  • Concessions vouchers are redeemable at any Regal location concessions stand.
  • Concessions vouchers may not be redeemed in the Regal app or the Regal website.
  • Concessions vouchers carry no cash value. Non-transferable.
  • Concessions vouchers are not for resale - unless approved by a Regal representative.
  • Concessions vouchers will not be replaced if lost or stolen. They are non-refundable.
  • Concessions vouchers may not be combined with any other offer.
  • Voucher specific policies:
    • Free Small Popcorn
      • Fees applicable for larger sizes.
      • Not valid for specialty popcorn.
    • Free Small Drink
      • Fees applicable for larger sizes.
      • Fees applicable for frozen beverages.
      • May also redeem for a small bottle of water
        (size/brand may vary by location).
      • Not valid for any alcoholic beverages.
    • Free Candy Item
      • Redeemable for candy in the small, medium, and large categories.
      • May not be redeemed for extra-large and specialty items.
      • Product availability may vary.
    • Free Snack Pack
      • Fees applicable for any substitutions.
      • May not upgrade drink
      • Product availability may vary.
  • Regal reserves the right to revoke the license granted by this voucher.
  • Regal reserves the right to change, alter or discontinue the program and/or structure at any time without liability.
  • The purchaser shall not use the name Regal Entertainment Group, Regal Cinemas, Regal, United Artists Theatres, Edwards Theatres, or their logos - without prior written permission.
  • The purchaser/voucher holder agrees to all terms and conditions.
  • Redemptions are subject to verification by Regal.
